Using the subscriber legal maintenance the Client obtains the highly professional staff subject to outsourcing conditions. They are specialists in different areas of Russian and foreign right.

The relations with our Clients are based upon “Know Your Customer” principle and are arranged by the agreement on the legal subscriber maintenance. Agreement is concluded for the term, which is agreed in advance (usually for 1 year and more).

• Composing/due diligence of the agreements (in English and Russian);
• Consulting on different issues in various legal areas of the Russian Federation and foreign jurisdictions;
• Participating in negotiations (both in Russian and in English);
